So this is the downloadable version of a live meeting that was broadcast not only in Zoom but globally via Twitch. We decided to do a live collaboration with our longtime partners at the Sports on the Hill Podcast.

It's a long one mostly due to the fact that there were four games to cover but also because we spend time (yes AGAIN) talking about the now rekindled "goalie controversy". Thank you so much, Coach! At least it was a winning week...

This first show of March brings us to Women's History month and joining me this week to kick it off are Cheryl Anne Forster and Lynn Regert.
It was a much better week on ice for Our Washington Capitals, winning two out of three games. That doesn't necessarily mean all is well however and our guests adeptly point out the bad as well as the good from all three games. Our breakdown of each game includes an evaluation of several players as well as a final answer to the musical question...who should be the #1 goalie?
The final segment is devoted to examining Women's Pro Hockey and how to grow the game. We at the DMV got something of a taste of some of the world's best when the Secret Dream Gap Tour from the PWHPA visited Kettler Complex this weekend.

The Mermaid and I welcome two longtime Black fans of Our Washington Capitals--Stewart Small and Tyron Waller. Both offer their keen observations with regard to the Caps' play as of late. Tyron in particular attended the Nashville game at the Bridgestone Arena and offers his thoughts and critiques of the game seeing it from a live perspective.
